Non-Delivery of Service

If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified time frame, you are entitled to a full refund.

Service Disruption

If a service is interrupted for more than 24 hours due to our fault, you may be eligible for a partial refund proportional to the downtime.

Approval and Processing

If the refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 14 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Exceptions

Custom Development Projects

Refunds for custom development projects will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to specific terms outlined in the project agreement.

Third-Party Services

Services provided by third parties and not directly by Porlob Technologies are not eligible for refunds.

Service Misuse

Refunds will not be granted in cases where services were misused or violated the terms of use.
